Verizon and LG has started rolling out Android 6.0 Marshmallow update to Verizon LG G4 users. The update brings the build version VS98624C and is being pushed via OTA (over-the-air). Though Verizon started rolling out the update, it might take some time to hit your G4 handset. It seems, Verizon users have some good days back to back as yesterday Verizon One M9 updated to Marshmallow OS.

How to install Marshmallow VS98624C on Verizon LG G4

Before proceeding make sure you have installed all those previous updates being rolled by LG. You can check by going to Settings > Update section and look for latest updates.

Then you need to download the above Marshmallow ROM and transfer it to device storage. Now boot the device into Stock Recovery and choose install update option. Select the ROM and confirm. That’s it! Now the LG G4 does the rest. Once done, choose “reboot system now” option to start enjoying the Android 6.0 Marshmallow on your Verizon LG G4 smartphone.
