Xiaomi just announced Redmi Note 2, it latest mid-range Android phone in China. The smartphone is priced around $125 but it is capable of challenging even high-end devices having price tag of $500. The powerful processor and 2GB of RAM makes the handset to be on top at that price segment. It is the first Xiaomi device to run on MIUI 7 out of the box.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 and Lenovo K3 Note has similar 5.5-inch Full HD display with screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. Coming to storage, both the devices has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The Redmi Note 2 is not equipped with microSD card slot while there is a card slot for K3 Note which lets you expand up to 32GB.
Processor and Software:
The Redmi Note 2 is powered by a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 processor and runs on MIUI 7 on top of Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. On the other hands, the K3 Note includes a 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop. Both the handset has dual SIM support.
Cameras and Connectivity:
On the line of cameras, both of them sports a 13MP rear facing camera and 5MP front facing camera and includes connectivity like WiFi, 4G, GPS, and Bluetooth. The Redmi Note 2 measures 152 x 76 x 8.25mm; weighs 160 grams and has 3060mAh battery. The K3 Note has dimensions of 152.6 x 76.2 x 8mm; weighs 150 grams and packs with 2900mAh of battery capacity.
