UMi Rome Quick Review- Best 3GB RAM Android Phone under US$100

Coming to the Smartphone manufacturers in China, you will find a number of companies bringing their devices at very competing price tag. One of such Chinese company is UMi which have impressed a lot with the launch of high-end devices at reasonable price tag like UMi eMax, Iron, eMax Mini, etc. All these devices are under affordable category and now to go beyond that UMi has officially announced ‘UMi Rome’, a smartphone with 5.5-inch AMOLED display and 3GB of RAM pricing US$89.99.

UMi Rome Full Phone Specifications:

The UMi Rome has adopted the same design to that of Samsung Galaxy Note5. But the display is little smaller measuring 5.5-inch compared to that of 5.7-inch display on the Note5. It has resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and sports 2.5D curved display.

The device is powered with a 64bit octa core Mediatek MT6753 processor clocking at the speed of 1.3GHz and 3GB of RAM. There is 16GB of inbuilt memory and a 2500mAh battery on the back. A 13-megapixels rear camera with dual LED flash and a 2MP front facing camera with LED flash are capable of taking quality pictures/selfies. The device is just 7.9mm thick and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. With 4G connectivity on top, the device will also include all the other normal connectivity features.

UMi didn’t announced the exact release date of the smartphone but this could happen as early as in the coming December. Having high-end specifications at just US$89.99 price tag, the UMi Rome will surely create lots of demand all over the world.

The company has not announced any plans of launching the device in India, but the Indian people will surely want to own the device pricing just US$89.99 which converts to approx. Rs. 5,950. Stay tuned for more info, as we will update once company shares some additional details.
