How to install TWRP Recovery on Asus ZenFone Selfie ZD551KL
#1: Firstly download and install ADB on your PC.
#2: Now you need to enable USB Debugging on your ZenFone Selfie. To enable, go to Settings > Developer Options.
#3: Install the downloaded Unlock Bootloader apk on your device and run it.
#4: Extract TWRP.zip and you need to copy TWRP recovery depending upon your firmware WW/CN.
#5: Take a USB cable and connect the smartphone with PC.
#6: Go to TWRP Recovery img folder and press Shift key along with right click on mouse and choose open command here.
#7: To check whether the ZenFone Selfie has a valid connection with PC, hit the following command:
adb devices
#8: If it shows connected, enter the following commands one after another. Note: Hit enter after each command
adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash recovery recoveryZD551KL.img
fastboot oem reboot –recovery
#9: Now you Zenfone will restarts and boots into TWRP recovery.
