Samsung was always late in pushing Android updates to their Android devices, but the case is reverse in term of Lollipop update. The giant Korean Smartphone manufacturers has done a good job in pushing the Android Lollipop update not only to newest flagship devices but also to few older models like the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S4. But what about the Galaxy Note 2, does the user of the device gets the taste of Google latest Lollipop OS?
There are many thoughts regarding the Android Lollipop for the Note 2. Earlier Samsung Poland confirmed that the Lollipop update hits the Note 2 in February, but lather a report by Samsung Gulf revealed that there is no Android 5.0 Lollipop treatment for the Note 2 users. So whose words were came true? In fact both.
Thanks to the above tweet from Samsung DK which confirm that Lollipop update will be rolling to Samsung Galaxy Note 2, but for selected regions. There is no official list of regions where Lollipop update rolling out. But its confirm that Danish Note 2s (CSC code: NEE) will get Lollipop treatment. The update might also rolls to North America and the US carrier-branded Note 2 users.
