Intex on Monday has officially launched the Aqua Trend, its second 4G LTE Android phone after Aqua 4G+. Along with the launch, the company has signed popular Tollywood actor Mahesh Babu as their brand ambassador for states namely Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for a period of 1 year. The Intex Aqua Trend comes with HotKnot feature allowing the users to exchange photos and videos instantly. It comes with a 5-inch HD IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels and has dual SIM support. Under the hood, it has a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor coupled with Mali-T720 GPU and 2GB of RAM.
The device has a dimensions of 144.5 x 72.5 x 8.9mm and weighs just 152g. To capture quality pictures, a 13MP camera is being allocated on the back with LED Flash, Sony sensor and a 5MP on the front. It has a 3000mAh battery capacity and includes connectivity features like 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
The other features includes a 16GB internal storage with microSD card slot and it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. The Intex Aqua Trend is priced at Rs. 9,444 and comes in 4 different colors- Champagne, Silver, Gray and Black.
