How to Root Samsung Galaxy S6 Android 5.0.2 Lollipop Smartphone

  • Download and Install Samsung USB Drivers on your computer.
  • Charge the device to at least 80% to avoid power-off in between the rooting procedure.

How to Root Samsung Galaxy S6 SM-G920F/ SM-G920T using Odin:

Step 1: Download Galaxy S6 SM-G920F/ SM-G920T root files and extract on your computer.

Step 2: Switch off the device and enter into download mode. Press and hold Volume Down, Home and Power button at the same time until you see any Warning Yellow Triangle Sign. After that Press the Volume Up key to Continue.

Step 3: Install the Odin3-v3.07.exe file on your computer and run as administration.

Step 4: Connect your Samsung Galaxy S6 to computer and wait till the device is recognized by Odin software.

Step 5: As soon the device is detected, an “Added” message is shown at the lower-left panel of Odin software.

Step 6: Now follow the quick Odin flash guide to complete the rooting process.

Step 7: After flashing disconnect your device and reboot it.

Step 8: Open App Drawer and locate for Super SU app. If the app exist, then the smartphone has been successfully rooted. You can also download and install Root Checker app for root permissions.
