Google Working on Long Lasting Batteries- Reveals latest Report

According to the latest report from the Wall Street Journal, Google has been in a project of developing long lasting batteries. The report revealed that Google X Research Labs are been working to developed latest equipped technologies batteries. This batteries will provide batter backup compared to the normal batteries and also time taken to complete the charging of entire battery will be less.

As per the reports the batteries will be of solid-state and will be in the form of thin-film. However this kind of batteries are well known for offering better battery backup. Usually Solid-state, thin-film batteries are thinner and lighter when compared to the normal batteries.

Google setup project team of four people in developing the batteries and is being led by Dr. Ramesh Bhardwaj, who already remained the battery expert of Apple in the past and joined Google in late 2012. All the necessary facilities regarding the development of the batteries has been provided by Google.

How much time does it takes to reach the consumer tech? God Knows! But sure the other companies will invest into battery technology to get the better output for its customers. It will be also great for customers charging their devices very often: once in a week will be really great.
