Android M: Google releases Android M Developer Preview 2

Google has announced the latest version of Android i.e, Android M at the Google I/O earlier this year. Now Google has released its first software update for Android M developer preview. According to the latest report, the latest update brings lots of improvements and bug fixes over the previous software.

Android M 6.0

The Android M developer preview 2 brings improvements to granular app permissions, custom tabs in Chrome, improved app linking, fingerprint support, Android Pay, faster charging times, Google Now and much more. The update also brings Google Play Services 7.6 to the devices. Connections through USB port are set to charge-only mode by default and also there is an update to Wi-Fi & Bluetooth location.

The Android M developer preview is available to devices namely Nexus 5, Nexus 6, Nexus 9 and Nexus Player. OTA update lets you to install the new release while the preview system images can be downloaded from developers website.
