The Galaxy Note 5 which is the Samsung latest phablet comes with a premium build (back) where we can find the beautiful Gorilla Glass 4 with sloped edges instead of faux leather (plastic) which is seen in the Note 4.
Display and Processor:
Both the phablet sports a 5.7-inch AMOLED display with 1440 x 2560 pixels screen resolution. The Galaxy Note 5 is powered with 1.5GHz octa-core Exynos processor coupled with 4GB LPDDR4 of RAM while Galaxy Note 4 includes a 2.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM.
Camera and Storage:
On the cameras front, the Galaxy Note 5 has a 16MP rear camera and 5Mp front camera compared to Note 4 16MP rear camera and 3.7MP of front camera. Both the devices comes with internal memory of 32GB or 64GB where the Galaxy Note 4 has a microSD card option for memory expansion up to 64GB.
Software and Connectivity:
The Galaxy Note 5 runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS while the Note 4 runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS. Both the flagship devices has Samsung TouchWiz UI on top. The connectivity includes WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, 4G and Bluetooth.
