Doogee is a small smartphone manufacturing company in China which is constantly releasing mid-range Android phones. The latest reports claims that Doogee is currently working on its much affordable smartphone, the X5. Earlier Xiaomi and Huawei were the only top companies in china for manufacturing quality affordable phones. Now Doogee will be taking on this company and will launch the Doogee X5 for just $49.99 in the next month.
According to the report, the Doogee X5 will have a 5-inch HD (720 x 1280p) display and is powered by MediaTek MT6580 SoC carrying a quad-core CPU and PowerVR G6200 GPU. For taking pictures, 5MP camera is being located on the camera and the device is backup by a 2200mAh battery.
The company is also planning to unveil another version of Doogee X5 powered by the 64-bit MediaTek MT6735 chipset. Other features includes a quad core CPU and the Mali-T720 GPU. However the pricing of this version has not been enclosed. Both the version will be offered in black and white colors.
The Doogee will also launch its 2015 flagship smartphone in September coming with just 1mm bezels, a fingerprint scanner and a 5.5-inch display. The Doogee S6000 with 4G LTE, Android 5.1 and 6000mmAh battery goes on sale starting from next month. Apart from smartphones, Doogee is also working on smartwatch which is going to be unveiled very soon.
