Asus had launched a hybrid laptop cum tablet at CES 2014. The ASUS Tansformer Book Duet TD300 hybrid can be convertible either to Android tablet or Windows 8.1 Laptop. The device is bundled with Keyboard which can be attached to the tablet to convert into laptop.

Asus says that the device is the first quad-mode dual-boot laptop and tablet convertible in the world. It provides the user to have choice of changing either to Android or to Windows by just a push of button on the keyboard.

The official specs of ASUS Tansformer Book Duet TD300 includes 13.3-inch Full HD IPS display and is powered with an Intel Core i7 processor. The device as android runs with v4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS and supported by 4 GB of RAM. The tablet houses up to 128 GB of inbuilt storage, while there is a hard drive of 1TB.

The other features of the Tablet cum laptop includes a front HD camera for video chatting, a microSD card slot, LAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports along with HDMI 1.4 output. The battery gives backup upto 6 hours when use as android and 5 hours when used as Windows.
