Lava has started rolling out Android 4.4 KitKat update to Iris 405+ Smartphone. The device was launched back in January running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box. Also Lava in July rolled out Android 4.4 KitKat over-the-air (OTA) for the Iris 504Q Smartphone.
The Android 4.4 KitKat update brings better user experience and updated Android version. It also adds new dialler app. Lava Mobiles has not yet released the official changelog for the update.
The update is available over-the-air and is 498 MB in size. The notification will pop-up as soon your device gets the Android 4.4 update. There is also option to check the update manually. Go to Settings > About Phone > System Updates. Use high speed internet connectivity for update. For safety don’t forget to take backup of data presence on your device.
